Can't Purchase minecoins

I can't seem to make any purchase in the marketplace. Once clicking on my desired item, the window "purchase in process, This shouldn't take long" pops up for half a second but nothing happens. I'm not taken to what I assume is supposed to a screen or window asking for billing information
