I have an issue with delay and lag in the game I tried everything and nothing worked im desperate please help

since the Minecraft bedrock was launched the game had many problems i play the game on ps4 and no matter what I'm in server or single player there's is A delay in the game the delay happens every time i break or I place it even with animals and it take 10 seconds to register anything i Know its not my internet because I play alone and the delay happens when I fight or kill animals or do anything and its not lag its delay and i try to fix it but it doesn't go away pls fix this it's ruining the game this problems doesn't occur when I play Minecraft ps4 edition only when i play bedrock  and it only happens when I play on my one severs i joined someone else world and I didn't have any problems please HELP.
