Synchronization problems

Hello,

I'm creating this Ticket to ask for help by following the Microsoft support contact who asks me to ask Mojang directly!

Because I have a synchronization problem with my favorite MAP on Xbox Series X and therefore I cannot play it! While I can very well create and play on other maps of me or friends!

Microsoft thinks the card is corrupted or something like that: /

So if someone can help me with this problem which is particularly close to my heart, I thank him!
