Mine Cart Bug

Mine cart is bugged on new placed powered rails, it does the Breaking animation When You place it on new ones also it does not move until u move it and when you do that it only moves 1-2 blocks maximum,  I've also tried it in new chunks but still same issue, But when placed on older rails it doesn't have a problem and works perfectly fine,  I encountered this bug before but when I came back from taking a break it was working fine so I neglected reporting it..because of this bugg I had too destroy 2 Large farms...
