Mobs disappearing everywhere!

Hallo, i play in a realm, and we noticed that a lot of animals with nametag or even lead disappeared without a reason. 2 horses and 2 axolotls has disappeared this week. The realm is a small one with only 3 players and we are certain that nobody stole the pets.
