Leads on mobs Problem

Taking a mob on a lead, and the binding them on a fence, than taking the mob in a bucket (has to be a Kind of Fish or axolotl). First, the Fence is still leastest and of you Breake Ort unleashe the fence, spawn the mob again, you cant take this mob on a lead. Youll have to kill the mob in Order to get back the lead.
