Previously functional worlds are now super buggy.

The survival world's that I had created weeks before had been running perfectly up until a few days ago. Now loading into the world takes twice as long, and when I get into the world, it's very buggy. Eating doesn't work, pressure plated and doors won't work and most items don't work either. I tried making a brand new survival world but the issues remain.
