Playing Bedrock in Fullscreen on 21:9 monitor causes Minecraft to display nothing after a PC restart.

I've been trying to play the Sonic DLC for Bedrock on PC

but I have a 21:9 monitor and I play in fullscreen, and for some reason playing it like I normally do, then restarting my computer causes Minecraft to not only "not" display in fullscreen again after rebooting like it's supposed to, it also plays the Mojang logo and then shows nothing, just a black screen, causing me to have to reinstall Bedrock every time.
