Realms Bug

so I was playing in my friend's realm, I was hungry so I log out Minecraft and grab a quick snack.
when I logged back into Minecraft and joined my friend's realm, the loading that said "building terrain" stuck on my screen, I thought it was my internet speed, so I wait, but when I wat for an hour, it still stuck there, my friend that currently online in the realm at that time said I was in the realm, but not touchable or punchable, please help me fix this. I don't want to lose any progress there because it was an SMP Realms.
