The World Of Barriers

So, I wanted to make a world of adventure. But you shouldn't be able to go everywhere. So I placed a wall of barriers. As I was working on the 3rd wall,  All of a sudden, the world goes all red. It's like one big Barrier consumed my world.  I don't work for Mojang, but that does not seem correct. Can you please fix that?
