Villagers strange behavior / feared of carpets

A house has floors covered with carpets, well lit.
Villagers when spawned inside prefer to stay out of carpets, and all they do is just spin around on the ground.
Also when spawned on carpet villagers run away very quickly, with speed of Usain Bolt

Also spiders, all they is just climbing high and spinning around - dancing probably
