Minecraft 1.17 version does not start

I have a problem with the 1.17 version of Minecraft, it doesn't start at all, instead I get this error message: *Failed to add PDH Counter: \ swap file (_Total) % Usage, Error code: 0xC0000BB8*I have everything from a new installation to a completely new installation of Windows etc. The 1.17 version does not run, the previous version works without any problems.

Other games that require more memory are also running.
