Bed Texture in Hand and Inventory isn't 3D

Summary: When a Player holds a bed in Bedrock the bed isn't a 3D Model in the Inventory and Hand this is 1.15 parity.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a Bed.
2. Put it in Inventory or Hold Bed.

Observed Result: The Bed isn't 3D and doesn't match 1.15 3D Bed Model from Java in Inventory and in the players hand.

Expected Result: The Bed should be 3D in the Inventory and in the players hand.

Note: Beds became 3D in Java in 1.12 however the most updated version of the bed model is 1.15.
