I can’t play cross platform after being in the server for 10 minutes i get disconnected and cannot join the player again

I seem to not be able to play cross platform I can’t play with a playstation user and no other players can join my worlds even after I’ve deleted my app and downloaded it again i cannot host a game nor can i play with a playstation user for longer than 10 minutes. This issue has lasted 6 months and it seems to be permanent and i will say this without trying to be rude but you cannot make cross platform possible for your games because you suck Microsoft.
