Shulker box break time inconsistent with Java

Shulker box break time is inconsistent with MC:Java.

The hardness of shulker boxes in Java is 2.0. It appears to be 2.5 in BE. This leads to slightly longer break times when using a pickaxe.
However, most obvious is the difference when breaking a shulker box with the bare hand: in JE this takes 3 seconds, but in BE it takes 12.
