All worlds will not load.

I opened Minecraft today and suddenly my screen went black and my Xbox turned off. When I turned it back on and tried to open my world again, but a screen popped up saying "There was a problem loading the world". Everything is synced. My internet is working fine. I tried to do some troubleshooting that someone recommended in the Microsoft help service but that didn't work either. Turning on/off my Xbox didn't work. And unplugging it hasn't seemed to fix the issue either.
