Beds disappear after closing the game

Made beds somehow dont work however this doesn't affect village beds.

I quit Minecraft without saving but everything seems to be fine when my bed appears no texture and a 1 block, on the other hand villagers beds are normal didnt lose it's texture. Also the bed is inaccessible.
