skins do not appear to select.

recently my skins are not showing up to use them. I created a skin pack for my own use containing variations of my main skin, but randomly, my skins stopped appearing for me, and even if I uninstall, clear the application data and delete all files, right after logging in on my Xbox Live account, the skins are still not showing. I would like to know how I can solve this problem so that I can use my skins freely.
