Items missing from last auto-saved location (and inventory) after crash.

I was playing the game normally and suddenly it crashed. I rebooted the software and I respawned back home in my base. Problem was, all the Items I had put in my inventory since previous auto-save was gone. They are not in their chests nor in the location the game crashed. It’s like they somehow glitched out of the game. The Items I had in my inventory previous to the auto-save was still there. I’m missing a bunch of potions, my fully enchanted bow and trident among other things, so it really sucks.
