Cape problem (no the cape tab did not disappear)

So, I just downloaded Minecraft on android and set up my account but my cape keeps not working. And I just gave up and went to my PS4 and my cape doesn't work also so I try to do it on iOS and, no dice. And I also tried to sign in an alt and my cape from my main appeared even I did not have any. I think this is a bug or virus. Do you have a fix? I tried to attach a video but it's too large
