Freezes and no navigation controls appear

I'm not sure if I actually have bedrock code base edition but none of the other icons look close to my Minecraft icon. Also I don't know about affects version but I have to select something. 

My Minecraft appears to be having a glitch when I manage to get to my world all the navigation controls don't appear I've tried refreshing ive tried deleting whole app and re downloading still the same outcome 

Aswell I have noticed I've made a few £7 transactions and not received my millionaire mansion as a result of this 

 

I need help fixing these problems
