When I try to pick a hair/body style it says. "Failed to select item".

This keeps happening no matter what, I will try to make a skin and nothing is accessible. Basically I am barely having any fun making my own skin. As it keeps deleting the skin after I close Minecraft, or just trying to make it. It get frustrating whenever i can't get the exact items to load and work. I just want to have a nice skin in Minecraft. That is all. But because of the items not loading in properly, I can not do such a thing. I hope this gets fixed soon.
