Failure to load worlds

When I try to load any world, it always freezes in the "loading resources" screen. I've restarted my iPad, offloaded & re-downloaded the app, made new worlds to try instead, everything I could think of. It always works the first time after re-downloading the app and any time after that it fails in the exact same way over and over again.
