Texture pack update bug.

I might be the only person experiencing this but every time I load up Minecraft, start a world, if I'm too slow I have to wait a texture pack update every time. When I want to change world or join a friend I have save and quit my world and once done, restart my application to join without having to wait like a full 10-20min of the update to be done.

If anyone else has reported this please note I didn't find their report.

P.S if asked for I will send a video of the bug. How do I do that on my phone?
