Able To Move green Bar in Hopper/Dropper/Dispenser Inventory!!

When holding an item it is supposed to show a little green bar above the item but in hopper/dropper/dispenser inventory it moves around and when it is loaded it does not hand you the stack my phone want up there so I inserted the one that also had the issue my phone is the Kyocera HydroLife
