Mouse is able to go off of the game and click on taskbar

Whenever I turn in the direction of my taskbar the mouse drifts off of the game and interacts with the bar. If I turn right and try to right click to interact with something it pauses the game and open the taskbar settings. This is making the game nearly unplayable.
