My objets, skins, words and packs of Minecraft disapeared

I wanted to inform you that this morning I entered Minecraft and realized that all the packs, worlds, objects and skins that I bought with my money had disappeared. I ask you to give me back all that I have lost and give me the assurance that it will not happen again. I want to emphasize that I spent money on that and also time, again I ask you to return everything I lost. Thanks for your attention
