Apples Not Spawning from Tree Leaves

To my knowledge from other players on PS4 and PS5, Apples should still fall from decaying trees and leaves broken on trees with a chance of dropping apples but ever since Bedrock Edition released, I have not seen one Apple fall from a decaying tree or leaves broken. Might not affect all players but worth looking into.
