Respawn anchor particles spawn for a while after the respawn anchor is destroyed

Summary:

After destroying the respawn anchor, the particles still appear (about 10 seconds).
* In the Java version, after the destruction of the respawn anchor, new particles do not appear!

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a respawn anchor.
2. Energize the respawn anchor with a glowstone.
3. Wait for the first particles.
4. Break the respawn anchor.

Observed results:

Particles appear out of nowhere (after the respawn anchor is broken).

Expected results:

New particles from the respawn anchor will not spawn when the respawn anchor is broken.
