Im cant start Minecraft Windows 10 Edition (Bedrock Edition)

My Minecraft of Windows 10 is having Problems in Startup When im open appears the Mojang Studios Logo, but the Screen Stay Totally Red and Starts to Blink Black and White and if you wait some minutes the Game Closes. How im can fix that?

P.S.:This Thing is happening with in all version of 2020 to 2021
