bug on nether and HUB

I made a tunnel in nether to look for nether fortress because near where my portal was there was not only the piglins fortress so I managed to find one, the distance from it to my portal was more than 1000 blocks away when I found it. I returned home I kept my items in case I die, so when I was going to the fortress on the way my HUB just became transparent and when I walked there were some errors in the blocks around so I left minecraft without saving and my HUB and the map was back to normal i tried to return to the fortress but the error occurred every time in the same place and then i gave up i still hadn't died when i created the world i went to collect ores when there was my first death when i died it happened that the respawn buttons and the menu button have been invisible but i remembered where the respawn button was so i pressed it when i was born the same mistake that had happened in nether acon wove again my HUB had become invisible and when I walked it gave errors so I quit minecraft without saving again and came back, when I entered my HUB map it had returned to normal along with my map, I had moved from version 1.17.10.22 but while I was at 10.22 I still hadn't created the portal and didn't die
