We're unable to connect to the Marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection?

I have never been able to login completely. I have uninstalled. Reinstalled. Run the powershell commands,  enabled all  xbox service.  It will show my user name visionexbx and the little bars will go back and forth. If I click market place it eventually times out with the error "We're unable to connect to the Marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection?" If I click on Profile it never loads. Attached is examples of what I see.

I never had this issue with the original java version. I stopped playing because I could never get the windows version to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to play with my son.

 

Additional note I was able to log in with Pocket Edition on Android without issue just now
