Section start error

I have 3 days without being able to play on servers or the servers of my friends or those that are predetermined only appears to me soon like this and my account nor my character loads either the store loads but when I close section only load store this appeared to me from one day to another and delete the game I downloaded it again delete cache and continue the same solve it please
