Can't play on world because of storage

I've had this problem for quite a while where every time I log on to Minecraft it says I'm out of storage space, even though I've deleted all of my other worlds so I only have one, and I've also deleted all of my packs and add ons and cleared up my computer every time, and there's nothing else I can do. It lets me on after a while but I'm getting really annoyed because I've had to delete all of my other files for nothing. My world size is 10.6MB.
Please can someone fix this.

I also just went on my friends game and after about 5 minutes it kicked me off so I refreshed Minecraft and tried again and it did the same
