Librarians aren't restocking

The librarian villagers aren't restocking trades even when they are next to their workstations. They have beds and I have tried replacing the workstations but they still won't restock. I have sleeped over nights and given them time but it still won't work. They haven't restocked in a while now so I'm not sure about when they stopped it.
