Plastic texture pack not working

So I bought the plastic texture pack and when it was downloading very slow, I pressed cancel to try downloading it again. But my game bugged out and I had to restart. After I did that, it didn't let me download the texture pack again. It shows up in my resource packs but when I press activate, it doesn't do anything. I made sure my game is up to date, I looked up solutions, and nothing is working. Since you guys are the one that made the pack, I thought I may be able to get it back (or be a little easier). I'd appreciate a fix or some sort of refund. I have put some texture packs that come from Microsoft edge if that helps. Thank you.
