Jittery head/POV movement in third person on an excessive coordinates

Summary
When you move your head/POV in third person, it becomes so jittery if you're on an excessive coordinates. The jitter becomes noticeable at X/Z ±1048576 and worsens when traveling even further.

Step to Reproduce
1. Do /tp 1048576 ~ 1048576
2. Go to third person (front or back, works)
---> Movement is jittery.
