Minecraft isn't let me join any of my worlds or join servers.

First I log into minecraft as usual. Then when  try to click on my worlds it says "Syncing User Data This might take a while..." but only shows up for 1-2 seconds. Then it brings me to a screen where it then says "There was a problem loading this world". I click the world again and only the  "Syncing User Data This might take a while..." shows up, but this time quicker. I can join servers  but it mostly kicks me out of minecraft. The same thing happens when i try to join one of my friends. Sadly I can not take a screenshot because it is on my Xbox and I'm on a different device right now.
