Bedrock Nether Portal Linking to Same Cords as Overworld

This is from my PS4 1.17 World. Minecraft Bedrock.

See the below video on Youtube. I was checking my Guardian Farm to ensure it was working properly and wanted to go into the Nether to ensure no Guardians were sent there while I AFK at the farm. 

When I went into the Nether, it sent me to virtually the same coordinates in the overworld. I then have to travel 1500 blocks back to my Nether Base from this location. 

This has been happening since 1.16 and there hasn't been a fix.
