The shop is bugged

Me on mi ipad i had the fantasy texture pacl (the one that looks like a castle) and the city one that you released on mi ipad i have it same with my phone the problem is in my xbox i have the animals skins i bought on the ipad i have that pack but when i search for the others it says i havent bought them its really weird ill put a picture those sre from my iphone and xbox
