I can't connect to my friends world and neither he in mine.

I play in PS4, and whenever i go to play with a friend of mine, i invite him to my world, and pops up a mensage saying "Unable to connect to world", and I try to joing at least 20 times, and I never can play with him. But with others friends I can join normally. The same happen when he tries to join in my world, i tried to create a new world, unistall the game, everything.
