Can't enable Ray Tracing on computer that is capable of RTX

My PC has an RTX 3070 Ti, 32GB of RAM and a 10th-gen Intel i10 processor. I am unable to enable Ray Tracing at all; can't even download any of the packs from the Marketplace.

I get the error resourcePack.incompatible.graphics.raytracing
