Unable to connect to world bug

Before the 1.17.2 hotifx came out, I could normally join my friend's worlds, but after the hotfix came out, I couldn't join my friend's world and it would simply just say "Connection timed out. Unable to connect to world. " as seen in the file photo. This bug has actually been going on for a while, but then it got fixed, and now the bug seems to appear again. Please, I would love this bug to be fixed as soon ad possible. Thanks in advance.
