Same Problem

Still having the same problem but now it seems to have got worse. Before I could just log off my daughter's Switch and come back on. Then she would pop up on my friends list. Now it is not doing that. I did now spend money to be having this problem. Fix it and I have her on my friends list. Mines is HollaWay00 (PC) and her BoogaButt16 (Nintendo Switch).
