Bedrock can be broken using powdered snow

Powdered snow replaces any block above a powdered snow - filled cauldron when you interact with the cauldron with another bucket of powdered snow

 

Expected result:

Powdered snow would be placed next to the cauldron where the player is aiming.

 

Actual result:

Powdered snow is placed above the cauldron replacing the block above it.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a cauldron below a block
2. Fill it using powdered snow
3. Interact with the cauldron using a bucket of powdered snow
