Windows 10 Bedrock will not update past 1.17.0

Game will not update beyond 1.17.0. Windows store  says it's downloaded and installed 1.17.2, yet in game, the main menu still shows 1.17.0. As a result, I cannot join from PC to Switch, as it is  currently at the 1.17.1 hotfix. I can host a game on the PC and join from the other platforms, but all clients are forced to use 1.17.0.

I have tried deleting the PC Bedrock install, and then re-install it, but the same problem occurs. 1.17.1 doesn't show up. The Windows store says 1.17.2, and in-game it says 1.17.0.
