When playing in multiplayer on Xbox the crosshair flickers and does not stay on.

When playing minecraft on Xbox One, the crosshair (its turned on since I like to play that way) flickers on and off when playing with more than one player. When playing solo its typically alright, but has flickered on a few occasions.
