Inability to log in

To be more specific- I am having trouble logging my Microsoft account into my Nintendo Switch; I would attempt but then i will be forced to repeat the process over and over again. I have been abled to log in once however, after not showing the servers availability, it logs me out again and i've not been able to log in again.

I have also tried clearing my data, but it didn't help.
