Mobs are despawning

Recently I played on Minecraft Bedrock Android 1.17.0 and I look mobs are despawning even I close with them. I discovered with creating villagers, even naming them with name tags, they are despawning. I look this happening with villagers and cows, probably happen with all mobs.
