Mobile Dpad glitch

This glitch happen sometime when I am pvping and it's super anoying.The glitch is basically when I am using touch control,the circle just randomly appear on my d pad which makes the screen unmoveable,it makes me can't hit the enemies,and some time I cant even move.I really really hop you guys can fix this as soon as possible because alot of mobile players are suffering from this.Thanks for reading this and have a great day!
